Temporary Non-Resident Personal Lines
Usos Comunes de la Licencia:
A “TEMPORARY NON-RESIDENT PERSONAL LINES AGENT” may be issued to an individual who is executor or administrator of the estate of a deceased individual licensed and appointed as a personal lines agent at the time of death; or to a surviving next of kin of the deceased individual, if no administrator or executor has been appointed and qualified. .
STEPS TO OBTAIN T90-44 TEMPORARY NON-RESIDENT PERSONAL LINES LICENSE:
Paso 1 - Debe:
- Ser una persona naturalizada de al menos 18 años.
- Ser residente del estado de la Florida.

Paso 2 - Solicitud:
- Answer all of the questions and pay the fees to complete online application.

Paso 3 - Huellas Digitales:

Paso 4 - Notificación(es) de Estado:
- Una vez presentada la solicitud, puede verificar su cuenta Mi Perfil para ver el estado de su solicitud. Las deficiencias aparecerán debajo el tipo de licencia pendiente.
- Una vez que se completen todos los pasos anteriores, el departamento le enviará su aprobación por email. Luego, puede ingresar a su cuenta Mi Perfil y hacer clic en los hipervínculos "Cartera" y/o "Carta" en la sección "Imprimir Licencias" para generar una copia de su licencia para poder imprimirla.
Nota Especial:
- The temporary license is valid for six (6) months.
- Sólo una licencia temporaria puede emitirse para toda la vida.
- This license cannot be held with the following licenses:
- 0-55 REPRESENTANTE DE SERVICIOS
- 0-93 VIDA (EXTRANJEROS/MILITARES)
- 9-20 LÍNEAS GENERALES
- 90-44 AGENTE DE LÍNEAS PERSONALES
- Third party access must be authorized by the licensee through MyProfile for the third party to manage the licensing submissions and changes on behalf of the licensee. NOTE: Third party access will not permit the third party to receive criminal history information through deficiency requests or otherwise, unless provided by the applicant in writing.
