Remote proctored examinations are now available. Take your examination from home through OnVUE online proctoring. A live proctor will monitor you through the webcam on your workstation to provide a secure exam experience. Watch the short video on the Florida Department of Financial Services online proctoring page to see how convenient it is to test from home or work. Be sure to run the system test before you sign in to register for an online proctored exam.
**Only one examination attempt can be made via remote proctoring. All subsequent examination attempts will have to be taken at a Pearson Vue testing location.

Testing at Domestic and Foreign Military Installations
The Department of Financial Services, through its testing vendor Pearson Vue, now offers Florida Insurance licensure exams at various domestic and international military sites. Active duty personnel, including the spouses of active duty personnel, federal contractors, and civilians working on base, are able to schedule exams at these locations.

NOTE: A passing score is valid for one (1) year from the date that the score was earned. If you fail to complete the licensing processing within the one (1) year timeframe, you will be required to retake and pass the examination. There is a limit of five (5) examination attempts for the same examination type during a twelve (12) month period*.
