Recently, I released a vídeo, which highlights my guiding principles for protecting businesses from frivolous COVID-19 lawsuits. These protections give businesses the extra confidence to move forward without the fear of being punished.

Mi guiding principles on liability protections were designed to help lawmakers as they craft legislation for the upcoming legislative session. I believe these principles shape important protections for businesses and help ensure Florida’s economy builds back better and stronger than before.

Additionally, I also had the opportunity to join Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Secretary Noah Valenstein, and other environmental leaders, at the Red Hills Conservation Florida Forever Project, located in the Red Hills region of North Tallahassee.

The Florida Forever Project is crucial to conserving natural lands and waterways and renewing Florida’s commitment to conserve the state’s natural and cultural heritage. This partnership has proven to be great for Florida’s economy and the economic impact from longleaf ecosystems provides a great benefit for our state. I’d like to thank all of the environmental leaders who are working hard to ensure Florida’s natural resources are protected for future generations.
