- Asociación Nacional de Comisionados de Seguros
The National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) is the organization of insurance regulators
from each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the four U.S. territories. The NAIC provides a forum for the development of uniform policy when uniformity is appropriate.
- Organización Nacional de Asociaciones de Garantía de Seguros de Vida y Salud
The National Organization of Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Associations
(NOLHGA) is a voluntary association of the 52 state life and health guaranty associations, including Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia. Guaranty associations, by law, provide a safety net for policyholders in the
event of a life and health insurance company insolvency.
